Hi everyone,
I will share something regarded as very important for people who meditate, with my experience spanning more than 16 years now, i feel well connected to this world and its eternal space...
Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is a Mantra that was always kept a secret by the learned of the past.
I was just not aware about this mantra until 2003, Ms.Aastha Bhai Chibber, a friend of those times and younger to me in one of our conversation shared about this Mantra she got to know from astrologers to recite, i had always read about it in reference to Shiva Purana. but with the reference to all life virtues.
Today its a long enough that i can actually share my own experience for the same,
its a wonderful Mantra, keeps all types of diseases and other disturbances away from ones life.
The best time according to me to recite this Mantra is morning 03:00hrs to 05:00hrs, or if time is a problem then it should either be recited during the offset of both Sunset and Sunrise.
Do share your experiences after the same.
ॐ त्र्यम्बकम् यजामहे सुगन्धिम् पुष्टिवर्धनम् ।
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय माम्रतात् ।।
Om tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ pushtivardhanam
urvārukam iva bandhanān mrityormukṣīya māmṛtāt

- उर्वारुकमिव urvārukam iva = like the pumpkin (in the accusative case),
